II: Collisions

Andrew Bibb I typically tend to organize my music into three categories: songs to get the blood pumping, tracks conducive to study and contemplation, and tunes to relax to. Sollunar is one of a very few artists who could easily fit into all three categories. Collisions in particular serves as the ideal sophomore album in that it retains the melodic drive and soaring narrative of The Observatory while simultaneously ratcheting up the creativity and expertise across every aspect of musicianship. Favorite track: Cardinal.
